The best healthy oatmeal raisin protein cookies you will ever try 😍🤪🤩

These soft and chewy oatmeal cookies are ONLY 100 calories each, perfect for a clean eating breakfast, and are especially great if you’re ing weight watchers! 👌🏼👌🏼

Even though they are low in calories, they taste DELICIOUS and are the best afternoon snack! You can also crumble them on ice cream / yoghurt – I literally haven’t stopped eating these 🙈😋🙌🏼

Everything you need to make them is below ⬇️

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ Cups (120g) oats
• ¾ Cup (90g) wholewheat / plain flour
• 1 ½ Scoops (45g) Vanilla protein powder (I used nuzest_europe – discount !)
• 1 ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• 1 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
• ½ Cup (150g) honey / maple syrup
• 2 ½ Tbsps (30g) Coconut Oil Melted
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
• ½ Cup (75g) Raisins

Recipe:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 Degrees (160 fan).
2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until a thick cookie dough forms.
3. Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 20 cookies).
4. Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
Once the cookies are done baking let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself.
5. Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.
