Such a delicious, easy and healthy dinner – soy and sweet chilli salmon with stir fried wholewheat noodles and mixed veg ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ•

I absolutely looove salmon! Its rich in antioxidants and an excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals. You can also marinate it in so many different sauces (I like teriyaki, soy & sweet chili and miso) ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

When the salmon is baking, all you need to do is stir fry some veg with seasoning and garlic. Then add the cooked noodles and drizzle some soy sauce for extra flavour ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
