My favourite go-to pasta dish – prawn lemon tagliatelle with mixed green veg 🍝πŸ₯¦πŸ˜

This is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that is so quick to make, but also tastes delicious and is high in protein and fibre 🀩🀩

You can simply swap out the prawns for chicken or even sausage if you don’t eat seafood. Similarly, any type of short pasta would work. Just use whatever you have on hand!☺️☺️

All you need to do is stir fry some prawns and broccoli (or mixed green veg) with some garlic (whilst cooking the pasta at the same time). When the pasta is cooked, add the pasta to the pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper and some lemon juice for a delicious flavour! Then serve with some Parmesan πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸΌ
