✨FULL DAY OF EATING ✨- swipe to see everything I ate yesterday ➡️🤪🤩

Here is an insight to what I typically eat when working from home! This was such a delish day of foood – I hope it gives you some ideas of some meals/snacks 😋😋

Breakfast 🥣:
A tea ofc and Weetabix protein porridge using myproteinuk chocolate brownie protein topped with hungrysquirrelnuthq almond butter, berries and cacao nibs

Snack 🥛:
A Belgian dark chocolate shot (these are SO tasty and contain loads of vitamins, minerals and live active cultures!)

Lunch 🥚:
Spinach, tomato and mozzarella omelette with 2 pieces of brown toast (quick, easy and delish)

PM snacks 🍫:
A oatein milk & cookies hype bar (they have the best snacks!) and tangerine 🍊

Dinner 🍤:
Prawn stir fry with wholewheat noodles and veggies (I added some soy and sweet chilli sauce to give it flavour 🍴)

Dessert 🍪:
A homemade peanut butter protein cookie (I will post the recipe for these soon – you need them in your life!) and a dried fig 😁

Aaand that’s it! As always, this is just what I ate on ONE day (it changes everyday!) and in no means a suggestion of what YOU should eat. But I hope it provides you some inspo and ideas…hope you all have a lovely week 🥰🥰
